By accessing or using BuzzConsole ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

BuzzConsole is operated by Buzzmatic (as detailed in our Imprint). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

BuzzConsole provides advanced analytics tools for Google Search Console data. The Service allows you to:

Connect and analyze Google Search Console properties
Create custom segments and filters
Export data for analysis
View performance metrics and trends

Important: We do not store your Google Search Console performance data on our servers. All data processing occurs in your browser.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

You must authenticate using Google OAuth to use our Service. By doing so, you authorize us to access your Google Search Console data on your behalf.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the security of your Google account
All activities that occur under your account
Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the Service
Use automated scripts to collect information or interact with the Service
Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service
Use the Service to violate Google's Terms of Service

5. Free and Pro Tiers

5.1 Free Tier

The basic Service is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue free features at any time.

5.2 Pro Tier (Invite Only)

Pro features are currently available by invitation only. Pro tier terms, including pricing and features, will be communicated separately to invited users.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Buzzmatic and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to your data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

7.1 "As Is" Service

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUZZMATIC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

7.3 Service Availability

We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems and may need to perform maintenance.

8. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with Google Search Console and other third-party services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Buzzmatic and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in the jurisdiction specified in our Imprint.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
